Week 8 Progress

Image
According to the progress chart, I'm on track to getting an A in the class! I hop to finish strong and keep up the work. Personally, I haven't taken advantage of the extra credit opportunities, which isn't all too bad, I just have to make sure I'm finishing the required assignments. Looking back at all my work, I am surprised of how far I have come. I have a plethora of reading notes and stories from past weeks. I think I'm enjoying the stories we get to read, because they're interesting to read and provide a wide variety of content. As I look forward, I hope to create more stories that I can put in my Portfolio and have people enjoy them. It's very encouraging to read all the comments we get on our assignments and apply them to our own use. Motivation to Push Through!

Week 8 Comments and Feedback

The feedback I am receiving is helpful and nice to look at. The comments that let me know what I should work on or what could be of fix is nice. Also, reading the comments that boost my stories are nice to hear as well. I think I could improve on my feedback out, because sometimes I feel like i'm saying empty words? But I usually try to pin point some aspects that I really liked. Reading the introduction of everyone in our class is very helpful in getting to know them and I get to see the diversity our class holds. I learn something new every reading! I look forward to reading the last bits of introductions of this course and I hope to learn more about everyone and their values. Feedback

Week 8 Reading and Writing

Overall, I think i'm having a good time reading stories and coming up with them afterwards. I don't think I have run into the problem of not being able to create a story from a previous reading. Looking back at my blog, it amazes me of how far we've already gotten into this semester and all the blog posts we have made. I think the biggest accomplishment for me up until now would be creating stories. I would never have imagined myself creating stories based off of Indian Epics. My favorite reading would definitely be the The Cunning Crane and the Crab. I enjoyed creating a story off of that and I think my picture selection perfectly describes my story as well. The Gambler
