Reading Notes: Part B, Week 3
Bibliography: Bharata Returns by Donald A. Mackenzie
Bharata is back. He is furious when he find out his father is dead. He is then told that his elder brother Rama has been banished. He was alerted that he would be ruler, but he is just not having it.
Once he hears all news, Bharata is determined to bring his brother back to be throned. Chaos has broken loose as the hunchback, Manthara, is blamed for this catastrophe.
Bharata is furious and exclaims that he would have slain his mother, if it weren't for the fact that Rama would be displeased.
He explains that Rama is the one to be furious, if anyone.
